A Madison woman tells police she was “really scared” while she sat in her boyfriend’s locked car last Friday night.
While the boyfriend delivered a package, she says a man tried to get into the vehicle several times – apparently not realizing she was inside.
She says she began waving and yelling at a man later identified as 36-year-old Ricardo T. Curtis.
He left just before the boyfriend returned and called police.
Officers say Curtis resisted violently as they took him into custody a short distance away.
One officers suffered a knee injury.
