Rookie Packers coach Matt LaFleur set all kinds of records, but it wasn’t good enough to earn him the title of A-P Coach of the Year in the N-F-L.
LaFleur finished third despite improving the Green Bay record by seven wins, clinching the N-F-C North for the first time in four years, and winning a total of 14 games – five more than any first-year coach in team history.
John Harbaugh of the Baltimore Ravens and Kyle Shanahan of the San Francisco 49ers finished one-two in the voting.
