Gas Prices in Manitowoc County may be a little below the national average, but they are still the second-highest in Eastern Wisconsin.
According to AAA, the average price in Manitowoc County is $2.448 per gallon, which is a drop of 6 cents from two weeks ago.
Compare that to the slightly over $2.38 average in Calumet County, $2.394 in Sheboygan County, and nearly $2.33 in Brown County.
The lowest average price in the area is in Fond du Lac County, where they sit at $2.243 per gallon, while the highest is in Door County, where the average price per gallon is just shy of $2.46.
The average price in the state of Wisconsin is at $2.374 per gallon, while nationally, the average price is $2.496.
The national gas price average is $2.51
