Recent reports indicate that Sheboygan County’s real estate value has risen to the point that it is worth more than the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Brewers combined.
The Wisconsin Department of Revenue report that in 2019, Sheboygan County’s real estate value reached $9.9 billon, which is a 5% increase from the previous year.
To put that in perspective, the Packers are estimated to be worth roughly $2.63 billion according to Forbes, while the Bucks are worth $1.35 billion, and the Brewers are at $1.18 billion.
The Town of Sheboygan is the biggest contributor at $21,9 million, followed closely by the City of Plymouth at $21.6 million.
Meanwhile the Village of Oostburg, and Cities of Sheboygan, and Sheboygan Falls are all over $10.5 million.
