
The person who will oversee the implementation of the corrective action plan for the Wisconsin National Guard has been named.
Brigadier General Laurie Farris of the New Hampshire National Guard will take the position.
Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers issued an executive order last month calling for changes at the Wisconsin Guard after a federal review turned up failures in the way it responded to sexual assault, sexual harassment and retaliation complaints.
Evers says he is confident lasting, positive change can be implemented with the right leadership in place.
