A 38-year-old Manitowoc woman is free on a $2000 cash bail. She is facing two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, child neglect and one count of delivery of a schedule 2 controlled substance.
Police took Aimee L. Rebstock into custody after discovering “troubling messages” on social media last week to two minors allegedly talking about sex. In another conversation, Rebstock said she could set aside Ritalin from another child’s prescription which would make intercourse better for them. The complaint also stated that she allegedly prevented a minor from receiving prescribed medication. Instead, she gave it to two minors and took it herself.
Conditions of bail include that she has “no contact” with the victims or anyone under the age of 18, maintain absolute sobriety and not possess any prescribed medications unless specifically prescribed for her.
Rebstock is due back in court for her initial appearance Monday afternoon at 1:30.
