The Wisconsin Badgers connected on a school-record 18 3-pointers while outscoring Nebraska 82-68 Tuesday night.
Coach Greg Gard’s team held a narrow one-point lead at the half, 39-38, but went on a 20-4 run to bury the Cornhuskers.
Brad Davison led the way with 14 points and D’Mitrik Trice had 11 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists.
The loss was the fourth in-a-row for Nebraska (7-12, 2-6 B1G).
The visitors did cut the margin to five points with less than eight minutes left, but Wisconsin (12-7, 5-3) held on.
The Badgers play at Purdue Friday at 6:00 P-M.
