The Two Rivers Business Industrial Development Committee and Community Development Authority will be holding a joint meeting this evening in City Hall.
The two groups will meet in the Council Chambers at 5:15 PM, and will enter a closed session to discuss a proposal for the former Paragon Partners property located at 606 Parkway.
They will also talk about possible loan applications before conferring with legal counsel on matters pertaining to the default status of a city loan.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Cool City.
