A Waukesha woman says she and her roommates arrived at home to find a man sleeping in her bed.
33 year-old Daniel Cruz of Waukesha was apparently so drunk he thought he was at his home – which is about two miles away.
Amanda Delaney says she didn’t know Cruz and he was sleeping, naked, on top of her covers.
Cruz has a court appearance scheduled this week.
