The Sheboygan Department of Public works has announced that hey are going to be starting a new automated Garbage and Recycling Program.
They city was able to implement this new program thanks to a grant from the non-profit “Recycling Partnership”.
The new collection system will launch in May, with the new recycling and garbage carts being distributed the weeks of April 13th and 20th.
DPW want citizens to know that they should stop putting bags in their recycling bins, and just leave the cans and bottles in the bin.
