Appleton Police have released details of the case involving a Milwaukee man who was arrested on human trafficking charges.
Reportedly, 35 year old Theodore Givings was attempting to recruit a 14 year old girl into prostitution to join another victim he already had under his employ.
That woman was reportedly working for him with cocaine as her payment.
The child reportedly met with Givings on December 19th, when he offered to give her a ride to a hotel room to hang out with him and his friends.
When Givings asked the girl if she would have sex for money, she reportedly got nervous and asked to be dropped off.
Givings then began to touch her inappropriately.
Once she was out of the vehicle the victim contacted police.
Investigators are still looking into the case, specifically to see if any more victims might exist. Givings is back in court on January 23rd.
