San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan is on a campaign to make sure his players aren’t over-confident for this weekend’s N-F-C Championship game.
The 49ers dominated Green Bay 37-8 in Week-12.
They have every reason to take the Packers too lightly, but Shanahan has a consistent message this week – “Don’t be that stupid.”
He says it’s important to find a balance between putting too much pressure on themselves and getting complacent.
The approach has worked well enough the 49ers earned the number-one seed for the post-season.
