Sheboygan County is continuing to flourish.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, the County’s real-estate value is up to nearly $10 billion, which is a 5% increase from last year.
The Village of Waldo saw the larges rise in property value with a 10% jump from last year, while 8 other municipalities grew by between 6 and 9%.
The Town of Sheboygan meanwhile carried the lion’s share of net new construction investment, with $21.9 million worth of new construction, followed by the City of Plymouth who was not far behind with $21.6 million.
Five other cities, towns and villages also contributed at least $5 million in new construction as well.
