An extended investigation into a Milwaukee man came to a head yesterday afternoon.
According to the police report, 35 year old Theodore B. Givings was taken into police custody at around 3:30 PM after he attempted to “lure away a juvenile runaway into the world of Human Trafficking”.
The Appleton Police are saying that their investigation in to Givings has been going on for a “significant period of time”, and includes a separate incident in the Fox Valley involving human trafficking.
Givings is currently in the Outagamie County jail on charges of Human Trafficking, and Trafficking a Child.
