There was yet another drug arrest made in Manitowoc early this morning.
Officers were sent to a residence in the 1400 block of Marshall Street on a warrant check.
When they arrived, they were able to make contact with the 23-year-old suspect, who was found asleep behind a door.
The suspect was then taken into custody and found to be in possession of a large amount of drug paraphernalia, as well as a roughly quarter ounce rock of heroin.
The man has since been charges with Four Counts of Bail Jumping, two felony and two misdemeanor, as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Heroin as a Drug Repeater.
