Badgers guard Brad Davison made a spectacular defensive play to create a turnover, then hit the game-winning 3-point shot Tuesday night – all over a span of less than three-and-a-half seconds Tuesday night.
His late-game heroics helped Wisconsin snap its two-game losing streak with a 56-54 decision over number-17 Maryland.
Nate Reuvers led Badger scoring with 17 points, while Davison and Micah Potter had 14 each.
The Terrapins (13-4, 3-3 B1G) haven’t won a road game this season.
Wisconsin (11-6, 4-2 B1G) takes on another ranked opponent Friday with a game at Michigan State.
