The Green Bay Southwest High School Counselor that was arrested for secretly recording women in a school bathroom has been officially charged.
Police have identified 15 victims on the videos that were found on Todd Naze’s hard drive, one of which was a 17-year-old student.
The bathroom he was “surveilling” was located near his office, and was mainly used by staff, but students were also known to use it.
The police report indicates that there is a desk inside the bathroom, and Naze hid an iPod in the desk to capture 28 videos and 233 images from 2017 to 2018.
Naze is facing 15 counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent and one count of intimidating a witness, as he reportedly threatened his wife with violence if she told the police.
