City leaders and community activists in Milwaukee are working together to find places for the homeless population to live when the weather warms up.
They’re worried the people will return to the downtown overpass where they’ve set up camp in the past.
The State of Wisconsin is still planning to use the area for a stormwater capture project.
Milwaukee Alderman Mike Murphy says he wants the problem solved before thousands of people come to town for next July’s Democratic National Convention.
