At least seven people have come forward in Milwaukee County claiming to be children of Terrill Thomas.
They are seeking a share of Thomas’ multi-million dollar estate.
The company which provided health care services to the Milwaukee County Jail settled a lawsuit with a six-point-seven million dollar payment.
Thomas died in custody after he was deprived of water nearly four years ago.
Three jail officials were found guilty of criminal charges connected to his death.
