The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office reports toxicology testing found meth in the system of the man driving a car that slammed into a tree last month, killing four people.
Accident investigators say the car 29-year-old Larry Williams Junior was driving was going 90 miles-an-hour in a 25 mile-an-hour speed zone.
Williams, 22-year-old Ayana Hill and two of their children died in the crash.
The accident on Milwaukee’s north side happened two days after Christmas.
