
Wisconsin Safety Council – the state’s leading provider of safety training and products – is now accepting nominations for the 26th annual Corporate Safety Awards.
The nomination period is open until Tuesday, Feb. 4 and applications can be submitted at WISafetyCouncil.org.
Aaron Huebner, Wisconsin Safety Council Executive Director, spoke about the importance of the awards, saying “These awards recognize the top businesses in the state for putting safety first and ensuring it is valued by every single person in a company.”
The Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award winners are selected in two phases.
In Phase I, statistical data relating to a company’s incidence rates for the past three years, with an emphasis on current full year’s calendar data, is reviewed.
The deadline for Phase I is Tuesday, Feb. 4.
