The Two Rivers Joint Review Board will be gathering this evening in the Committee Room in City Hall at 3:00 PM.
During their gathering they will be taking a look at the existing boundaries and project plan for TID 8 and TID 13 and will review all of the completed activities within the TIDs.
Also this evening, the Business and Industrial Development Committee and Community Development Authority will hold a joint meeting in the third floor Conference Room in City Hall at 5:15 PM.
They will immediately enter a closed session to confer with legal counsel on matters pertaining to default status of City Loan to Michael and Rebecca Schwarz, Anchors Away, LLC and Windella, LLC for Restaurant Property at 1509 Washington Street.
