Authorities accuse a truck driver of being drunk Sunday when he caused a fatal accident on Interstate 80 in Nebraska.
Peterson Black lost control of his truck and it crossed the median and hit a small S-U-V with a Madison woman and her husband inside.
72 year-old Mary Niedermeier was killed and her husband was injured.
The accident happened about four miles southwest of Grand Island.
Black is charged with vehicular homicide and several other offenses.
