A reminder for motorists who normally use Spring Street in Manitowoc.
Greg Minikel of the City Engineering Office says Spring Street, between Michigan Avenue & Revere Drive/South 21st Street, is scheduled to be closed to through traffic for a good part of the morning today.
Minikel explains the road is being closed from approximately 8am to Noon in order to allow Dave’s Tree Service to trim trees for MPU power lines in the area.
It is anticipated that Spring Street will be reopened to traffic by around the noon hour.
