Authorities have released the name of the Manitowoc woman who died in a head on crash in Milwaukee on New Year’s day.
27 year old Amanda Smith was reportedly riding in a car with a still unnamed 28 year old man, also from Manitowoc, when 44 year old Milwaukee resident Eugene Scull crossed the center line and struck them head on.
Smith died as a result of her injuries.
Scull has been brought up on charges, including Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, and two charges of Causing Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle.
Scull faces a maximum of 100 years in prison, and a $250,000 fine if convicted on all counts.
