There was a scary situation at the Austin Straubel Airport in Green Bay over the weekend.
A Delta aircraft slid off the end of the taxiway as it was making its way to the runway for takeoff at around 6:15 AM on Saturday.
There were no injuries to the 107 passengers nor to the crew on the aircraft.
The passengers were taken back to the terminal and placed on new flights.
Conditions on the ground were icy, but the Airport Director, Marty Piette says it is not clear if that is what caused the plane to slide the way it did.
The taxiway had been treated with sand, and all crew members were aware of the conditions.
People that were on the aircraft say that the passengers were all calm and respectful as the situation was dealt with.
