Former Green Bay Packers safety Leroy Butler is listed among 15 modern-era finalists for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
His wait has been a little longer than it was for some of his peers.
Butler is the only member of the 1990s All-Decade N-F-L team who hadn’t been a finalist before this.
During his 12 seasons with the Packers Butler had 38 interceptions, 20-and-a-half sacks and was named All-Pro four times.
Inductees for the Hall’s Class of 2020 will be announced February 1st.
