New Year, new rules in the City of Sheboygan.
The City announced that they have purchased new garbage trucks, equipped with robotic arms, as well as new carts for garbage and recycling.
These trucks are expected to go into use sometime in spring, but additional fees to cover the cost of the trucks went into effect yesterday.
The cost totals up to an additional $12 on the quarterly water bill, on top of the existing $15 per quarter that was already in place.
