Former Green Bay Packer coach Mike McCarthy will meet with the Cleveland Browns later today (Thursday).
McCarthy is going to be the first candidate to be interviewed about Cleveland’s open head coaching position.
McCarthy also has an interview with the New York Giants coming up this weekend.
If the Browns decide McCarthy is the one, he would be working again with Browns’ assistant general manager Eliot Wolf.
The two worked together in Green Bay for 12 seasons.
