Felician Village has announced Karisha Wynter, CNA, was chosen for the Service Excellence Star Award for the month of December.
The individual who nominated Wynter recalled a situation where she watched her take care of the residents. “
She knew everything about those residents,” the nominator said. “She was running back and forth in a calm, peaceful manner. She was one person doing the work of two or three people feeding, repositioning, keeping residents engaged.”
She went on to call Wynter an angel sent from God to “properly care for His people.”
Each month co-workers, residents, family members and visitors are encouraged to nominate an employee to be considered for the Service Excellence Star Award.
