Racine County investigators are releasing more details about the fatal shooting in Wind Lake last week.
Forty-year-old Troy Hoffman has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Chad Bickler.
Hoffman and Bickler had worked together at the same company, but investigators now think Bickler had been seeing Hofffman’s former girlfriend.
Hoffman apparently followed the woman to Bickler’s house Thursday before opening fire, killing the victim and his dog.
Hoffman is scheduled to return to court Thursday.
