As the New Year approaches, many people are preparing their New Year’s Resolutions.
A very common resolution is to lose weight. Many people start out strong, but end up losing motivation and falling off the wagon.
Prevea Health’s Ideal Weigh Coach, Tomi Genske was one of those people who wanted to lose weight.
She explained that she lost around 100 pounds with help from Prevea, and “was able to get into a career that lets me help people do what Prevea helped me do.”
According to Genske obesity was reclassified as a disease in 2013 because it is linked to many other ailments “including heart disease, diabetes, some cancers, sleep apnea, infertility, joint problems, and the list goes on and on.”
She also explained that obesity is quite costly costing the US Health System $147 billion per year.
Genske explained to SeehaferNews.com that the Prevea weight loss program worked for her because they “look into all the different options you have, and for me I needed that accountability.”
She also cited the guidance and education as reasons the program helped her stick to her weight loss plan.
