Marquette opens Big East Conference play at Creighton on New Year’s Day.
The Golden Eagles will bring a 10-2 record into the Wednesday contest in Omaha.
They’re flying high after a 106-54 rout of Central Arkansas Saturday, where Markus Howard scored 30 points and had five assists, even though he played very little in the second half.
