A neighbor says shooting victim Chad Bickler died in his brother’s arms last week.
Authorities responded to a shots-fired call Thursday in Wind Lake.
Bickler’s brother had left the home shortly before the incident, returning home to find Bickler gravely wounded.
Forty-year-old shooting suspect Troy Hoffman is being held in the Dodge County Jail after turning himself in at the Village of Hustisford Police Department.
Hoffman and Bickler had worked together at Engineered Security Solutions, but Hoffman was recently fired.
