The Green Bay Packers face a Detroit Lions team Sunday that is much different than the one that lost in October on a last-second field goal at Lambeau Field.
The 3-11-1 Lions are on an eight-game losing streak and have played the second half of the season without quarterback Matthew Stafford.
But Packers coach Matt LaFleur says they won’t take Detroit lightly.
LaFleur said the game has huge implications – and his team could earn a first-round bye and home-field in the N-F-C playoffs.
Green Bay won the October matchup 23-22 thanks to a pair of disputed hands-to-the-face penalties against Lions defensive end Trey Flowers.
