The Calumet, Manitowoc and Sheboygan County Farm Service Agency (FSA) offices are currently searching for minority producers interested in serving as an advisor to the FSA County Committees.
It is recommended that interested groups or individuals submit advisor nominations by January 9, 2020.
Nominations received after this date may still be considered.
Other duties of the County Committee advisors include, attending each committee meeting, including executive sessions, participating in all deliberations, although advisors do not have voting rights, and helping to develop interest and incentives in minority group members for considering FSA work as a career among others.
