A sad ending for the coyote that was seen wandering in a Kaukauna neighborhood.
A resident on Kavanaugh Road called police yesterday at around 4:15 PM, reporting that they believed the animal was under their porch.
When the officers investigated, they did indeed find the coyote, but it had died.
A preliminary look at the animal did not uncover any noticeable injuries, and it is not clear at this time how the animal died.
There also weren’t any reports of anyone or any pets being injured by the coyote.
