Rock County will try a man on first-degree intentional homicide charges for the second time next summer.
The first time Julian Collazo went on trial the jury contacted the judge after four days saying their deliberations had become “toxic” and one juror had threatened another member of the panel.
That resulted in a mistrial. Collazo is accused of stabbing 43-year-old Christine Scaccia-Lubeck to death while she was on the toilet two years ago.
