The latest information from the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows home sales are about even in Manitowoc County through the first 11 months of 2019, when compared to last year. But, the Median Price has risen by 10 percent.
According to a news release Monday from the WRA, total sales in the county amounted to 945, or three fewer than 2018 thru November.
The median price for that period rose from $109,900 to $121,000.
There were 79-home sales last month in Manitowoc County, the same as 2018, but the price of those properties went-up by almost 26 percent to $132,000 dollars.
The county numbers reflect similar outcomes statewide, as a weak housing inventory constrained November home sales and drove up prices.
