Brown County Parks reports a section of trail within the Village of Allouez will be closed between State Highway 172 overpass and Sunset Park on Wednesday, December 18 for culvert replacement.
County staff will be performing repairs on the trail near mile marker 3.9 and no access will be allowed.
The repairs are expected to begin around 7:00 a.m. and be completed before the end of the day.
The trail will reopen Thursday, December 19, however use caution as a large section of the trail will be a gravel surface until spring of 2020, when the asphalt crew will make the final repairs.
