A Monday court hearing was held for a 36-year-old Appleton man accused of murdering his mother – but, Bradley Boettcher wasn’t there.
Boettcher is refusing to make a court appearance.
The court commissioner in Oshkosh delayed the hearing until next month and ordered that an attorney be appointed.
Boettcher is accused of beating Lee Ann Dorn to death at her apartment last February.
He was in her car when he was stopped for drunk driving in Kentucky.
