
It will be a busy night in Manitowoc’s City Hall this evening.
The Manitowoc Industrial Development Corporation will start things off at 4:00 PM in the Second Floor Conference Room, and will take a look at the financial report for the Industrial Revolving Loan Fund among other items.
Then at 5:15 PM, the Committee of the Whole will convene in the Council Chambers, and will enter a closed session to talk about the purchase of the land at 101 Maritime Drive, and amendment to the Doneff’s Schuette Building Development Agreement, and the possible acquisition of 1216 Washington Street.
And finally the Common Council will gather at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers, where the Committee of the Whole will bring forward the items they discussed earlier in the evening.
The Council will also take a look at a request from Grow it Forward for a conditional Use Permit of their location at 1501 Marshall Street.
