A Manitowoc man was taken into police custody over the weekend after an argument over toilet paper got out of hand.
The incident occurred in the Trails End Trailer Park at 2000 Johnston Drive just before 5:00 PM on Sunday.
According to a police report, the victim was staying with a couple in their trailer, and was becoming frustrated that the owner of the trailer would use all the toilet paper, and wouldn’t replace it.
To counteract this, she decided to keep her own tissue in her room.
The 31 year old owner of the trailer became upset by this, and barged into her room to take the roll.
An argument ensued and the man reportedly damaged the victim’s TV, so she called the police.
The man was then arrested on a charge of Criminal Damage to Property, and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
