A 21 year old man was accidentally shot in Menasha yesterday.
Investigators initially thought the incident took place near a park, but now think it happened at a Menasha home.
The victim is being treated at a local hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Police say the public is not in any danger, and that they are continuing to talk with the people they believe were involved.
Officials are also saying that a lot of the information being spread on social media about the case is wrong.
