An 18 year old man was arrested by the Manitowoc Police Department yesterday after a 14 year old girl reported to police that he had sexually assaulted her earlier in the year.
The victim told officers that she had been hanging out with the man and his female roommate back in late October, and went back to their home.
She said she smoked marijuana with the suspect on his bed and passed out. When she woke up, she found the man having sex with her.
She told the man “No”, and he initially rolled off of her, but again started to have sex with her. She again said “No”, and asked for a ride home.
The man denies the incident ever happened, but was taken into custody on Charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Delivery of THC, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
