Rutgers scored the first nine points of the game on the way to a 72-65 win over Wisconsin Wednesday night.
Kobe King’s 18 points led the Badgers.
After the slow start to the game, Wisconsin (5-5, 1-1 B1G) took the lead for the first time as the half was ending 33-32.
The teams swapped the lead a couple of times after half, then the Scarlet Knights were on top the rest of the way.
The Badgers struggled with fundamentals, committing 14 turnovers – and they still haven’t won a road game this season.
They are off until a game against U-W-Milwaukee December 21st.
