The 19 year old Sheboygan man who is facing charges for causing the death of an infant had his plea hearing rescheduled.
Andrew Stevens Walker was reportedly caring for the child, and called police to inform them the infant was not breathing.
He claimed the child fell, but an autopsy showed the injuries were more consistent with homicide.
During Walker’s initial plea hearing on Monday, the state called an expert in the field to take a look at the case, which will take some time.
Walker’s plea hearing has been rescheduled for January 24th.
Walker is facing charges including Neglecting a Child, Causing Death.
