Manitowoc area children with special needs were recently treated to a Christmas Party sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Manitowoc.
Children were served lunch and had a fun visit with Santa Claus and Mrs. Santa Claus during the event. Over 200 gift bags and meals were served to the kids, and the Manitowoc Lincoln High School Choir even provided entertainment by singing Christmas Carols.
Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Kiwanis District Governor-Elect, Jean Long Monteufel was also on hand to present an Appreciation Award to Carla and Kiwanian Geof Liban to recognize their many years of commitment and monetary contribution to the Christmas Party.
