A woman was arrested at a Kwik Trip in Manitowoc last week after she had passed out at the gas pump.
A caller informed the police at around 1:00 AM on Friday morning that the woman did not respond when she attempted to make contact.
Officers arrived at the gas station on South 10th Street, and were eventually able to wake up the 23 year old woman. She admitted to officers that she had been drinking, and that she had taken drugs, but did not specify which ones.
The woman failed a field sobriety test, and a small baggie of marijuana was found in her vehicle.
The arrest report indicates that she is being charged with possession of THC and seven counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
