Nine months ago the home of Alan Hallisch caught fire, leaving him without a roof over his head.
Hallisch has been struggling to clean up all of the fire-related debris and find a replacement residence in which to live on the property. He was able to live at the LaQuinta Inn in Sheboygan for a month, thanks to help from the Red Cross, but after that, he had nowhere to go.
Additional challenges have left him living in a shed while he continues to try to regain a sense of normalcy.
A GoFundMe page has been set up for people to donate to Hallisch and help him in his plight. If you wish to donate, go to www.gofundme.com/f/alan-hallisch .
